Homestar Building Corporation specializes in building spec homes as well as custom-built homes in the Langley, Surrey and Abbotsford areas. With over 10 years experience in the building industry, our general contractor, Chris, is currently building several spec homes as well as managing a number of custom home construction projects.

Homestar Homes are guaranteed by the 2-5-10 National Home Warranty.

The 2-5-10 Warranty includes the following coverage:
     • 2 Years for defects in materials and labour
     • 5 Years for building envelope and water penetration
     • 10 Years for major structural defects
