$1.50 per sq. ft. - finished floor areas (starting at)
$0.75 per sq. ft. - unfinished floor areas
(i.e. unfinished basement)

No Charge

- Decks/Patios
- Site Plan
- Crawlspace

Note: If you wish to have your basement finished, in whole or in part, all finished areas will be priced at $1.50 per sq. ft.

Note: Once construction drawings are complete any additional changes made will be charged at $60.00 an hour.
In order to start the design process we will require the legal document for your lot, the grades, Design Guidelines if applicable, as well as a $1000.00 deposit.

Stock Plan Fee	$600.00
Required changes for permit: (grades, site plan, by-laws)	$60.00 an hour (expect at least 10 hours)
Optional structural/cosmetic changes:	$60.00 an hour
In order to start the process we will require the legal document for your lot, the grades, Design Guidelines if applicable, as well as a $500.00 deposit.
